Crispy tuna rice - the cult favorite app, with our Peruvian twist. Sushi rice is infused with classic Peruvian flavors and paired with buttery duck prosciutto. Topped with a bright sarsa criolla.

Rice cakes:
1 cup sushi rice
2 tbs rice vinegar
1 tbs sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbs mirin
1/3cup canola oil(vegetable, peanut or other neutral oil)
Sarsa Criolla:
Cilantro
Red Onion
Lime
Garlic
Chile
2 oz of Poco Pato Duck Prosciutto
